In Q3, WINBACK GO EAST continued hands-on training with partners and distributors across Asia. From the Philippines to Vietnam, our team worked directly with local doctors and therapists — sharing WINBACK's technology and protocols through real, hands-on demos to build treatment skills together.

📋 On-Site Highlights
A hands-on training session was held together with Oceania in Vietnam, covering the Korean facial protocol for doctors and therapists. An interpreted theory session drew strong engagement and questions from the doctors, and after reviewing the fundamentals of device-mode usage, the group moved into hands-on demos. Doctors and therapists took turns observing each other's practice, cross-checking movement and muscle targeting along the way. Since hands-on treatment is typically handled by therapists locally, doctors focused on building accurate positioning and movement through repeated full-face practice.

In Q3, WINBACK GO EAST held two seminars — one with Phletora in Malaysia, and a brush-up seminar with the WINBACK BEAUTY ASIA ACADEMY in Japan. From internal staff training and an open workshop to academy demos and hands-on practice, these sessions gave participants hands-on time with WINBACK's protocols and know-how.

Training began with an internal theory session for Phletora staff, followed by an Open Workshop for existing users and potential buyers, featuring live demos of Japanese facial, eye area, abdomen, and pain relief protocols. Real-time before-and-after changes during the demos drew strong attention and positive feedback from attendees. Based on the pain-related demos from the workshop, an internal demo training session was held to reinforce the wellness-pain relief protocol.

📋 On-Site Highlights
Members of the WINBACK BEAUTY ASIA ACADEMY gathered for the academy audition alongside a brush-up seminar, combining assessment with hands-on practice. Academy members led demos based on the Japanese protocol, followed by hands-on practice for participants. The session brought together existing WINBACK users and interested newcomers in a study-and-exchange format, where attendees shared usage know-how and clinical experience to build practical, real-world knowledge together.

Beyond training, WINBACK GO EAST ran campaigns that brought the brand closer to people this quarter. In Japan, Chinese influencers experienced WINBACK firsthand at a partner clinic, while in Jeju, we ran a recovery booth at a kiteboarding championship — creating hands-on moments with the brand along the way.

Chinese influencers based in Japan visited SOSOM Clinic in Ginza for a hands-on, paid demo experience with WINBACK. Beyond a simple product introduction, the program let participants experience the technology firsthand in a real clinical setting, deepening their understanding of WINBACK's features and applications. Built on collaboration with a Japanese clinic, the visit effectively showcased real-world use cases to Chinese influencers and their audiences — a step toward expanding experience-based content with partners and influencers across markets to grow WINBACK's global brand presence.

The booth provided recovery support for Jeju Super Cup Kiteboarding Championship athletes, primarily addressing back, shoulder, and lower back pain. Athletes who experienced the on-site demo responded positively to the immediate effects, with several returning for three consecutive days or searching for the company and equipment on the spot. Discussions also touched on extending this on-site support model to similar sports events such as yachting or wing foiling in the future.

Q3 closed out with SpaChina Summit in Changsha, China. At this leading gathering for the country's wellness and spa industry, WINBACK GO EAST connected with local partners, exchanged insights on where the market is headed, and laid the groundwork for deeper collaboration ahead.

We had the pleasure of spending meaningful time with our local partners — whose hotel spas are already home to our NeoCare Elite. And there was extra reason to celebrate! Our partner Hua Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou was named 'Best Fitness Center & Spa of the Year' at the SpaChina Wellness & Spa Awards 2026.
