We took part in KIMES 2026, Korea's largest medical device exhibition, introducing WINBACK solutions to medical professionals and partners from Korea and abroad. Members of the Asia Academy joined us on-site for product demos and consultations, sharing WINBACK's technical features and a range of clinical use cases. The event also gave us a chance to exchange treatment trends and hands-on equipment experience with professionals from around the world — strengthening both brand awareness and partnerships across the Asian market.

We took part in Beautyworld Japan Tokyo 2026, Japan's largest beauty industry exhibition, introducing WINBACK GROUP's aesthetic solutions and their range of applications. Connecting with local beauty professionals and industry insiders gave us insight into current market trends and customer needs in Japan, while confirming strong potential for WINBACK's growth in the aesthetics space. Through product demonstrations and consultations, we brought the WINBACK experience directly to visitors — a valuable step in building brand awareness in the Japanese market.

We conducted after-sales service training for engineers at our Philippines WMS distributor, focused on strengthening equipment maintenance and customer support capabilities. The hands-on training covered the technical skills needed in the field — equipment inspection methods, troubleshooting common errors, and maintenance processes. This helped build up the local team's ability to keep equipment running reliably and support customers with confidence.

Covering both the theory behind facial structure and care principles, along with live treatment demonstrations, the session shared practical know-how for designing effective protocols and applying them in clinical settings. It was a valuable opportunity to strengthen WINBACK's facial care expertise and explore new directions in clinical application.

📋 On-Site Highlights

We held an internal training session at Taiwan EC BP LIMITED TAIWAN BRANCH covering Korean facial theory and protocol. This was followed by support at the AMWC exhibition, where we ran live facial demos and on-site operations. From there, we worked with 12 participants through demo training, hands-on practice feedback, and a theory Q&A session. Between the internal training and the hands-on sessions, we were able to gauge participants' understanding of the protocol, and the questions and feedback gathered along the way gave us a clearer sense of where to focus future training.

The lifting effects were especially visible, drawing a strong response from participants. The session also covered practical know-how for managing clinical results — including criteria for evaluating before-and-after outcomes and effective documentation methods — further strengthening WINBACK's facial care expertise.

It was a chance to deepen understanding of how to apply WINBACK in practice and explore new possibilities together.

We filmed at partner clinics in Korea for Bloomea's global promotional video, produced by the brand's headquarters in France. Facial and body protocols were used depending on the scene, with doctors from each clinic stepping in as demonstrators. The footage helped showcase, on a global scale, how actively the Bloomea device is being used in Korea.
